Vargdricka | A Scandinavian farmhouse ale. Based on the daily drink of the Vikings. A gruit ale, it is bittered with Juniper and Bog Myrtle. Rounds out with a light honey sweetness. A Brewery Becker favorite. 6.2% -DG
Vargdricka Braggot | A significant addition of honey strengthens our Vargdricka for a intense honey and herbal experience. 15.2% -DG 6oz
New Release! Doppel Sticke Alt | The darkest and heaviest of the Alt beers of Düsseldorf. Pronounced malt character is well balanced with hops. 6.2% -DG
Bohemian Pilsner | Bohemian Pilsners are the original pilsner beers. They are more malt and hop forward then the more famous German versions. 4.8% -DG
Blue Spruce Stout | A sweet stout bittered with Blue Spruce in addition to hops. Smooth, rich, with a gentle hint of spruce. 5.8% -DG
Kölsch | A light and easy drinking beer. The traditional beer of Köln (Cologne) Germany. Very pale with subtle apple and pear notes and mild hop bitterness. A great summer drinker. 4.8% -DG
NEW! Pekko Session IPA | A dry light session IPA made with aromatic Pekko hops. 4.8% -DG
NEW! Petite Fermière | A small Farmer’s Saison. Fruity esters give way to a spicy Saison finish. A great dry summer beer. 5.4% -DG
Hildesheimer | Originally brewed in 1526 by Cord Broyhan, it was one of the most popular beers in the northern Holy Roman Empire. The style, Broyhan, has influenced many other beer styles, such as Berliner Weisse, Gose, and Kolsch. Pale, cloudy, and tart. 5.6% -DG
1880s XXK | XXK ales were the keeping (aged) version of English mild ales. Sometimes called “Burton ale” or “Winter Warmer.” 9.1% 12oz -DG
B.A. Entire Butt | Entire Butt is the colonial precursor of porter and stout porter. Barrel aged, dark, with a coffee-like roast. 12oz -DG 8.5%
Hefeweizen | The classic wheat beer of Bavaria. Smooth and creamy with banana and clove like flavors produced by the yeast. Little bitterness. A Brewery Becker Favorite. 5.2% -DG
St. Basil’s | A Belgian Dark strong. Carmel and malt balance out with the direct kick of alcohol. Quite dry for such a large beer. All proceeds go to educational opportunities. Brewed with goodness, discipline, and knowledge. 10.8% 22oz Bottle -DG $12.00
SOLD OUT: Chartier | A traditional mixed fermentation Framboise Lambic. Made with unmalted wheat, a traditional turbid mash, an extremely long boil, huge amount of aged hops, and a massive amount of raspberries. Barrel aged for nearly two years. Tart, Fruity, vinous, and a tad funky. 5.8% 750ml -DG $16.00
