Brewery Becker’s tap room menu offers finely crafted historic ales and lagers, made on-site, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, coffee drinks and a light food menu.

1. Vargdricka

A Scandinavian Farmhouse ale. Bittered with Juniper, Bog Myrtle, and rounded out with a light honey sweetness and gentle smoke. A Brewery Becker favorite. 6.2%

2. Dunkelweizen 

A south German wheat beer in the family of hefeweizen. Darker, with more malt and caramel notes than a regular hefeweizen. 5.6%

3. Just re-released! Fruit Braggot

Intense fruit flavors dominate in this traditional braggot, a mix of finished beer refermented with honey. 17%  5oz

4. Blue Spruce Stout

Amsdell IPA pictured

A sweet stout bittered with Blue Spruce in addition to hops. Smooth, easy drinking, with a hint of spruce. 5.8%

5. 1905 Amsdell IPA

A pre-prohibition American IPA. Large, well balanced, the original East Coast IPA. 8.3% 12oz

6. Kölsch

The traditional beer of Köln (Cologne) Germany. Very pale, light, and easy drinking. Similar in ways to a Pilsner, tho with a smaller hop profile and the ale like notes of pear or apples. 4.6%

7. North Coaster

A 100% Michigan Cashmere and Neomexicanus hopped IPA. 6.3%

8. Düsseldorfer Alt

The classic copper colored beer of Düsseldorf. The most common form of Alt, this beer is smooth, balanced, and easy to drink. 4.8%

9. Crannrazz

Dry, tart, and crisp; A highly drinkable Summer time beer of cranberries and raspberries. 4.8% 12 oz.

10. English Mild

A light amber beer with low hop bitterness. The classic English pub beer. 3.5% 32oz avail.

11. Farmer’s Saison

The classic French farmhouse ale. Brewed with Rye, Wheat, and Oats. Pale and dry. 7.0%

12. Berliner Weisse

An authentic “The Champagne of the North,” a very pale, sour, and dry double decocted raw ale; wild fermented and lagered for 18 months. 12oz 3.4%

13. Hefeweizen

The classic wheat beer of Bavaria. Smooth and creamy with banana and clove like flavors produced by the yeast. Little bitterness. A Brewery Becker Favorite. 5.6%

14. Tripel

A Belgian Tripel. Originally named by the Westmalle Trappist monks of Belgium. Large, dry and somewhat spicy, with a nose of alcohol. Drinks quite easily for a beer of its size. 9.3% 12oz


Most drafts are $6 w/ tax; Most Growler Fills are $13 w/ tax. Sample pours are $2.50 each (with few exceptions); Get as many or as few from the list as you like!

A mixed fermentation Framboise Lambic. Made with un-malted wheat, a traditional turbid mash, an extremely long boil, huge amount of aged hops, and a massive amount of raspberries. Barrel aged for nearly two years. Tart, Fruity, vinous, and a tad funky.
