Vargdricka | A Scandinavian farmhouse ale. Based on the daily drink of the Vikings. A gruit ale, it is bittered with Juniper and Bog Myrtle. Rounds out with a light honey sweetness. A Brewery Becker favorite.6.2%
Double IPA | (Aka D.I.P.A.) A dry, 100% Michigan Centennial hops double IPA. 9.0% 12oz
1935 B.P. X | An 1935 Barclay Perkins X Ale. A significant drop in gravity yields an easy drinking ale much more similar to modern English Mild. 3.1% 32oz avail.
Doppelsticke Alt | The darkest and heaviest of the Alt beers of Düsseldorf. Pronounced malt character is well balanced with hops. 6.6%
Fruit Braggot | Intense fruit flavors dominate in this traditional braggot, a re-fermentation of finished ale & honey. 16% 5 oz.
Kölsch | A light and easy drinking beer. The traditional beer of Köln (Cologne) Germany. Very pale with subtle apple and pear notes and mild hop bitterness. A great summer drinker. 4.8%
North Coaster | A 100% Michigan Cashmere and Neomexicanus hopped IPA. 6.7%
Re-released! Running Porter | An early 1900s era London Running Porter. Dark, smooth and very drinkable. 4.7%
Entire Butt | A vatted Entire Butt aged with Bret yeast. Strong coffee like flavors smoothed out by age yield a highly drinkable stout
Düsseldorfer Alt | The classic copper colored beer of Düsseldorf. The most common form of Alt, this beer is smooth, balanced, and easy to drink. 4.8%
Re-Released! Belgian Tripel | Pale and dry with a spicy kick. Originally made by the monks of the Westmalle monastary in Belgium. 9.6% 12oz
1857 B.P. X | An 1857 Barclay Perkins X ale. Strong and malty with significant hop bitterness. A classic English mild. 7%
Hefeweizen | The classic wheat beer of Bavaria. Smooth and creamy with banana and clove-like flavors that are produced by the yeast. Little bitterness. A Brewery Becker favorite. 5.2%
Heather Ale | A nicely balanced amber beer bittered with heather tips as well as hops. 5.1%
A mixed fermentation Framboise Lambic. Made with unmalted wheat, a traditional turbid mash, an extremely long boil, huge amount of aged hops, and a massive amount of raspberries. Barrel aged for nearly two years. Tart, Fruity, vinous, and a tad funky.
