SECOND FLOOR & MEZZANINE* RENTAL
*2nd floor + partial 3rd floor rental
Monday – Thursday
Daytime or Evening: $90 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Friday Day (between 3-6pm)
$180 per hour (3 hr. min.)
Friday Evening (6pm-close)
6pm – close for $1,600. Add on 3-6pm set-up block for $400.
Saturdays (between 12-6pm)
Saturday afternoons $180 per hour (4 hr min.)
Saturday Evening (6pm-close)
Saturday Evening 6pm-close $1,600. Add on 3-6pm set-up block for $400; Add on Noon-6pm set-up block for $600.
Sundays
$150 per hour (4 hr. min.)
MEZZANINE* RENTAL
*partial 3rd floor only rental
Friday and Saturday evenings starting at 6pm. Mezzanine can not be booked more than 2 months out from date.

$70/hr (3 hour minimum)
