Kriek named among best beers in Michigan
Brewery Becker’s Kriek was ranked “top 15 beers in Michigan” by the Detroit News. Lots of love put into crafting this beer, it was aged on huge quantities of whole Michigan cherries. Malty and fruity, it’s a Belgian style wild ale with a moderate malt character. 6.0% 12oz
The Ale Trail
“Forget the hiking boots and compass, take the trek along the ale trail.”
The 32-mile stretch of craft breweries roughly follows Grand River Avenue & I-96, between Farmington and Howell. Give yourself a tour by starting in Farmington and work your way towards Howell, with a stop at Brewery Becker in between.

BRIGHTON, Mich. (WXYZ) — If you’ve ever been intimidated by the idea of trying a yoga class, there’s likely a class for you. At Brewery Becker, in downtown Brighton, you’ll find 20-30 people just about every Tuesday night — you read that right, yoga at a brewery.
“Come as you are, not as you think you should be,” said Ashley Knuth, the regular instructor who walks people through one-hour of poses at 6 p.m. every Tuesday.

“Matt Becker said the number of staff on hand at the microbrewery has doubled since its opening, given each of the establishment’s three floors have been packed. “We’ve been absolutely crushed every day,” he said. The craft brewer has 14 beers on tap, including historic brews. Brewery Becker opened it’s doors to the public July of 2014.
