Saison | This beer has formed quite a following at Brewery Becker. Saison is the classic French farmhouse ale of Wallonia, Belgium. Traditionally, a stock beer intended for personal consumption by the farmers who raised the ingredients for its production.
Saison has a complex flavor profile, while a somewhat malty beer; it is known for its subtle spice characteristics and fruitiness.
