The Christmas beer of the French Farmhouse ales, made for the winter months. A light body and slight caramel and toffee notes balance out with subtle spice flavors. Similar to a spicy Saison with hints of sweeter caramel malts and more heat from the alcohol. Only produced once a year. 8.5% 12oz -DG
