Brewery Becker’s tap room menu offers finely crafted historic ales and lagers, made on-site, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, coffee drinks and a light food menu.

1. Vargdricka
A Scandinavian Farmhouse ale. Bittered with Juniper, Bog Myrtle, and rounded out with a light honey sweetness and gentle smoke. A Brewery Becker favorite. 6.2%
2. Tripel
Pale and dry with a spicey kick. Originally made by the monks of the Westmalle monastery in Belgium. 9.3% 12 oz.
3. Re-Released! Cream Ale
A traditional American beer style, made with wheat and corn. A light, yet rich, low bitterness sessionable beer. 5.1%
4. Just re-Released! English Mild
A light amber beer with low hop bitterness. The classic English pub beer. Lower ABV at 3.5% 32 oz. available.
5. Kriek
A Belgian style wild ale with a moderate malt character. Aged on huge quantities of whole Michigan cherries. Malty, funky, and fruity. Named a top 15 beer in Michigan by the Detroit News. 6.0% 12oz
6. Kölsch
The traditional beer of Köln (Cologne) Germany. Very pale, light, and easy drinking. Similar in ways to a Pilsner, tho with a smaller hop profile and the ale like notes of pear or apples. 4.6%
7. North Coaster IPA
Similar to a west coast style IPA, North Coaster IPA is dry, smooth, less bitter, and bursting with hop aroma. Made with hops only grown in Michigan. Welcome to the Best Coast :) 6.3%
8. Crannrazz
A dry and lightly tart ale aged on cranberries and raspberries. A great holiday ale. 4.8% 12 oz
9. 1871 Wiener Abzugbier
An 1871 light Vienna Lager. Malty, with a toasty note. 4.2%
10. Victoria
A Victorian era English brown malt export stout. Dark, rich, and smooth. The origin of Carribean Stout Porters 7.0%
11. Bière De Noël
A Christmas French farmhouse ale. An amber, malty, stronger type of Saison. 8.9% 12oz
12. Fruit Braggot
Intense fruit flavors dominate in this traditional braggot, a finished ale refermented with honey. 17% 5 oz.
13. Hefeweizen
The classic wheat beer of Bavaria. Smooth and creamy with banana and clove like flavors produced by the yeast. Little bitterness. A Brewery Becker Favorite. 5.6%
14. Re-Released! Dunkelweizen
A dark German wheat beer, similar to Hefeweizen, but darker and richer. 5.6%
DIGESTIVE:
Underberg
A German Kräuterlikör. A potently flavored herbal digestive shot. .67oz $3
BOTTLED BEER:
Takju
Pinkpine Takju is a traditional Korean style rice wine that is cloudy, sweet, and tart. It is made with rice and nuruk — a wild fermentation starter made from wheat and barley. This is currently the only commercially bottled rice wine made in Michigan. 16% ABV, 187 ml bottle. $11.00
Chartier
A mixed fermentation Framboise Lambic. Made with un-malted wheat, a traditional turbid mash, an extremely long boil, huge amount of aged hops, and a massive amount of raspberries. Barrel aged for nearly two years. Tart, Fruity, vinous, and a tad funky. 5.8% 625ml $16.00
St. Basil’s
A Belgian Dark strong. Carmel and malt balance out with the direct kick of alcohol. Finishes with a lingering sweetness. All proceeds goto educational opportunities. Brewed with goodness, discipline, and knowledge. 10.8% 22oz Bottle $13.00
